Access Denied During Login or Signup

An unexpected Access Denied message when attempting to log in or during signup is usually due to your browser's settings. 

Specifically, your browser must accept 3rd party cookies in order to log in or sign up for any Bonify apps. 

Recent versions of Chrome and Safari browsers block third-party cookies by default.

Chrome Browser

  1. Open Chrome Preferences.
    1. On a Mac, click on Chrome, then Preferences.

    2. On a PC, click on the three dots on the top right, then click on Settings.
  2. From the left sidebar, click on Privacy and Security.

  3. In the center of the screen, click on Cookies and other site data.

  4. Uncheck the option to Block third-party cookies.

Safari Browser

  1. In Safari, Open Preferences...
  2. Open the Privacy tab and uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking".
