Airtable Integration

Arigato Automation can connect to Airtable, allowing merchants to insert data to bases.

Configuring the Integration

1. From within the app, in the left sidebar, click Integrations
2. Locate the Airtable integration and click Enable.
3. On the Airtable page, follow the on screen prompts.
4. When prompted regarding Bases, we recommend selecting All current and future bases in all current and future workspaces to avoid confusion in the future.
5. Airtable will redirect back to the app when the connection is finalized.

Credit Costs

All Airtable Actions cost 1 credit on Lite plans and are unlimited on Unlimited plans.

Limitations

Some complex field types in Airtable are not supported.

Troubleshooting

Bases or tables may appear to be missing in the Arigato. To correct the issue, try each of the following:

1. Navigate to the Airtable Action in an Arigato workflow and open it for editing.
2. Locate and click the Refresh from Airtable link.
3. If the issue persists, check permissions in Airtable.
   1. Ensure that the Airtable account connected to the integration in Arigato has access to the missing Base or Table.
   2. Ensure that Arigato has been granted access to the missing Base and rerun the steps in "Configuring the Integration" above to update permissions.
