The Unsubscribe a user from Mailchimp Action in Arigato Automation for Shopify allows merchants to remove a customer's email from a specified Mailchimp list.

Credit Cost
Using the Unsubscribe a user from Mailchimp Action counts as a single action credit on Lite plans. There is no credit cost for Unlimited plan users.
