Workflow Error Notifications
To safeguard from unnoticed workflow failures and to allow faster resolution, the app provides an option for managing error notifications within workflows. This is implemented independently per workflow, allowing for different alert recipients and alert frequency.
Enable Error Notifications
To set this up, go to the Settings page by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner and selecting the Settings option.
On the Settings page, toggle the Enable Error Notifications option to enable email notifications.
Notification Frequency
Depending on the workflow's impact, users can configure the alert frequency with the following options:
- Every 15 Minutes
- Once per Hour
- Once per Day
This setting ensures that only a single alert is sent within the chosen time frame, even if the workflow encounters multiple errors during that period.
The first notification is sent immediately when an error occurs. Additional notifications are sent based on the selected frequency, such as once per day, to avoid overwhelming the recipient with repeated alerts.
Recipient(s)
To(s): This field specifies the notification recipient(s). Notifications can be sent to multiple email addresses by listing them in the following format: email1@example.com, email2@example.com.
