OpenAI Integration (ChatGPT)

Introduction

The OpenAI integration allows you to connect Arigato Automation with OpenAI’s AI models to generate AI-powered responses within your workflows. This integration can be used for various automation tasks, including customer support responses, product descriptions, and more.

Configuring the Integration

To set up the OpenAI integration in Arigato, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations Page
    • In the Arigato Automation app, go to Integrations > OpenAI.
  2. Enter Your API Key
    • Input your OpenAI API Key into the provided field.
    • This key is required to authenticate and use OpenAI’s AI services.
    • API keys can be created in the OpenAI dashboard.

Once configured, you can test the integration directly within Arigato:

  1. Scroll to the Test the Integration section.
  2. Enter a test prompt (e.g., “Tell me a random and inspirational quote.”).
  3. Click Send Test Prompt to see a response generated by OpenAI.
