Gorgias Integration
The Gorgias integration allows you to create internal tickets directly from your Arigato workflows. This is ideal for notifying support agents, assigning tasks, or tracking events such as high-value orders, cancellations, or customer activity.
Configuring the Integration
To enable the Gorgias integration in Arigato, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Integrations page in the Arigato app.
- Click on the Gorgias card.
- Enter your Gorgias subdomain. If your Gorgias helpdesk URL is
https://yourstore.gorgias.com, enteryourstore. - Click Save Subdomain.
- Click Authorize with Gorgias and log in to your Gorgias account to approve access.
Once connected, you’ll be able to use Gorgias-related actions in your Arigato automations.

Credit Costs
Each Gorgias action costs one Action Credit on Lite plans. Unlimited plan users can use Gorgias actions without any credit limits.
Limitations
- Only internal tickets can be created at this time (no external customer replies).
- Sender and receiver must be active users in your Gorgias account.
Troubleshooting
Integration not connecting: Ensure you have entered the correct subdomain and completed the authorization step with Gorgias.
User dropdowns not populated: Make sure your Gorgias account has active agents. Arigato will pull users from your Gorgias workspace upon authorization.
Tickets not appearing in Gorgias: Double-check the action configuration to ensure that required fields like Subject and Sender are filled in, and that your automation is triggering properly.
