Pushover Integration
The Pushover integration allows you to send real-time push notifications directly to your devices or groups via the Pushover platform. This is useful for alerting yourself or your team about important store events, such as new orders, low inventory, failed fulfillments, or custom triggers defined in your Arigato workflows.
Configuring the Integration
To enable the Pushover integration in Arigato, follow these steps:
- Go to the Integrations page in the Arigato app.
- Select Pushover from the list of available integrations.
- Fill in the following details from your Pushover account:

| Your User Key | Log in to pushover.net and copy your user key from the dashboard. |
| Application Name | A friendly name for the application you’ll use in Arigato (e.g., “Order Alerts”). |
| API Token/Key | Create a new application on pushover.net/apps/build and copy the API Token/Key. |
Click Test Application to ensure your credentials work, then click Save.
Limitations
- Pushover rate limits apply (see Pushover's documentation).
Troubleshooting
Notifications not received: Ensure your device is logged in to the correct Pushover account and has allowed notification permissions.
Invalid user key or token: Double-check for typos or missing characters when copying values from your Pushover dashboard.
Test fails: Make sure your app is properly created in Pushover and linked to the user key you're using. Confirm the app is not set to private or disabled.
