Return Action: Approve a return request

The Approve a return request Action allows your Workflow to automatically approve a Shopify return request. This Action is specifically designed for Return-based Workflows in Arigato and cannot be used in Workflows triggered by orders, customers, or other resources.

Configuring the Action

This Action does not require any additional configuration. It will automatically approve the return and update the status to "Open".

Credit Cost

The Approve a return request Action incurs a cost of one Action Credit on Lite plans and is unlimited on Unlimited plans.
