How To Delete Workflows
How to Delete Workflows in Arigato Automation (Single & Bulk)
Arigato offers two ways to delete workflows:
1. Individually from the Workflow Editor or from the Workflow list page, or
2. In bulk from your Account settings.
Save a Backup First
If there's any chance you'll need a Workflow later, or if you want to keep a backup, export it first (from the Import & Export tab). Exported Workflows can always be re-imported later, so you can safely clean up your active list without losing your configurations forever.
Deleting a Single Workflow
If you only need to remove one Workflow, the quickest way is directly from the Workflow's edit screen.
Step-by-step:
- Open the Workflow you want to delete from your main Workflow list.
- Click on the context menu (usually three dots) at the top right corner and select the Delete option.
- A popup will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click "Yes, delete this workflow" to confirm permanently.
A similar process applies when you delete Workflows directly from the main Workflow list page.
Bulk Delete Multiple Workflows
To clean up several Workflows at once (for example, all your test or "Final" Workflows), use the bulk delete tool in your Account settings.
How to access bulk delete:
- Go to My Account from the main navigation.
- Look for the Delete Workflows section.
- Click the Delete Multiple Workflows button.
Selecting Workflows to delete:
This loads a page showing all Workflows with checkboxes.
Here's what it looks like:
On this page, select the Workflows you want to delete by checking the boxes, then click Delete Selected Workflows.
Note: You must type the word DELETE (all caps) before the button becomes active.
⚠️ Important: Deleting workflows is permanent. There is no undo button. Always confirm you've selected the correct Workflows before proceeding.
