Troubleshooting & Usage Tips

Record not created: This can occur if Airtable requires a field that you have not provided, or if a field receives data in the wrong format. Double-check that all required fields in your Airtable table are mapped and that the values you send match the expected field types.

Missing Bases or Tables: If the dropdown list does not show the Base or Table you expect, ensure that your Airtable account has access to the Base. Click the Refresh from Airtable button.

Formatting issues: Airtable fields such as dates, numbers, or multi-select lists may require specific formatting. If a field fails to accept a value, review its type in Airtable and adjust your Token or format accordingly.
